- I have an addictive personality, where it's all or nothing - there is NO in between... I'm either really really good, or really really bad...moderation - what does that mean? I have always had a passion for fitness - but again, it's always been all or nothing but I've since learnt that life will pass me by if I don't just do it...I no longer put work before fitness or eating correctly. I work better because of it. I discovered Body for Life back in 1999, toyed with it, put it back on the shelf, then rediscovered it and put it back into practice in 2002. I am a qualified Personal Trainer - and have recently started my business in that area. I live with my husband (aka speed racer or mr snotty) and have a beautiful rhodesian ridgeback called Jemima.
