Well, at least that's what Liz called today's workout!
I figured it was good to schedule this in today as Thursday's are my buddy workout with Ms D.
Imagine this...
two 40-something women sprinting up hills, scrambling up stairs, doing bulgarian split squats off stairs...etc. etc. etc...
My legs know about it now.... they cringed (well, if felt as though they cringed, or maybe it was me?) when faced with the work stairs this morning...
