Okay, have decided to do a short burst hard 4x4 project... ie..lose 4kg in 4 weeks.
That'll be the 4kg that have somehow crept on since returning from Bali, losing our gorgeous girl, going through the dramas of training the new girl - and consequently not getting enough exercise...and also...Afterburn..!
So, reassess my diet cleaned up back into Precision Nutrition with no hidden extras.
Did Liz's Bike intervals workout A this morning... how much can a girl sweat and a girl's heart pound?
