I have always had a passion for fitness - but again, it's always been all or nothing but I've since learnt that life will pass me by if I don't just do it...I no longer put work before fitness or eating correctly. I work better because of it. I discovered Body for Life back in 1999, toyed with it, put it back on the shelf, then rediscovered it and put it back into practice in 2002.
