it doesn't matter how much you say...don't look at the scale weight, go by how your clothes fit...
and then...your clothes fit the same as when you were...wait for it...10KG lighter...
that's hard to reconcile.
I'm still struggling with that.

Thanks Caroline for the comments on my blog. I bought an apple shuffle today and I love it and can't wait to test it out!
Ummm I have a pair of pants I am trying to fit into and really you are right. I don't care what the scales say as long as these pants fit. I can tell you that they don't at the moment, but they will!
