Gotta love that sweat!

Last night's kickboxing class was really hard. Our instructor, Rosanna Lavelle is fighting on 19 October, and she's a third dan black belt... so I think she's currently in hard training mode... so, consequently are we ! I was literally dripping at the end of the class, so all in all, well worth it!

Got in another Afterburn training session this morning, again only 2 sets, but managed to fit it in after my 20 minute terror/terrier walk.

Caroline thanks for your lovely comment. One question where do I find out more info about those yummy sounding mousse things? I don't knw whether I've seen a recipe for them or not.

No problem Kristy,it's all true. Changing your body starts with changing your mindset and you are doing that in leaps and bounds. I'll check the brand that I have in the cupboard at home and let you know. I got mine from Coles - they have strawberry, banana and chocolate but I have gotten butterscotch from another place on holidays in Ulladulla!!! It was gooood. ;-)
Otherwise, weightwatchers make a version of the instant puddings too that are sugar free, but I think they only make choc & strawb flavours - but they're great to have on hand if you do feel like something sweet.
